Meet the Team
RoofTech Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business based in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. Founded by two brothers, Daniel and Jose Chavez, who have been installing roofs for over 23 years, RoofTech is a trusted name in the roofing industry. Since its inception, the company has earned a reputation for outstanding workmanship and excellent client relations.
RoofTech serves communities along Florida’s Gulf Coast, primarily focusing from Tampa to Naples. The owners, who are both qualified and knowledgeable, prioritize being involved in every project. The team is also committed to using locally sourced materials, including those from Sarasota metal roofing manufacturers.
In addition to their commitment to excellence, RoofTech is a member of the local Sarasota Manatee Roofing Contractors Association (The SMRCA) and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The core team includes Jess Young, RoofTech’s “Chaos Coordinator,” our lead estimator who has been in the roofing industry for over twenty-five years.
We are excited to welcome two talented individuals to the RoofTech team. Meara brings over a decade of valuable administrative experience, making her a valuable asset to our organization. Additionally, Kirsten joins us to lead our marketing and advertising initiatives, bringing her expertise and creativity to help grow our brand and reach new audiences. We are thrilled to have them both on board and look forward to their contributions to our team.
